Designed by Montserrat Garrigos from Selenta Group, the experience on arrival starts with an emerging passageway, created with suspended rectangular planes angled in different directions at different heights, continuing to develop along the adjacent ceilings. The suspended planes are finished in gold and silver, evoked by our Shanghai lamp. The lighting systems are integrated into a control system used to manage lighting levels throughout the day, compensated by daytime light and creating the night-time scenes the hotel was aiming for.
