A scientific looking bulb made from mouth blown glass.
The shape brings to mind a light bulb that was never born. Think steampunk: situations in which instruments were inspired by the rudiments of electricity. The classic light bulb that has no future becomes a wonderful device made of luminous diodes. What would the past have looked like if the future had arrived first?

It all started in a small laboratory in the historical centre of the Italian town of Piacenza during the late 1980’s. Davide Groppi was inventing and producing his first lamps and decided simply to use his own name for the name of the company.
