2020 has been a strange, sad, dramatic year.
For this reason I would like to wish you happy Holidays by quoting Dante.
“And thence we came forth to see again the stars” (Inferno, XXXIV, 139)
Dante and Virgil, after having laboriously ascended a narrow chasm of rock that connects Hell to the shore of the Ante-Purgatory, finally contemplate the starry sky of the other Hemisphere.
It is an omen of the new path of light and hope after the previous darkness, as pure happiness of the gaze.
Best wishes for a bright 2021.
